Eight units are currently available in this very elegant residential complex. It is formed by two buildings, one an old Medici Coaching Inn (1696) which has been converted to provide eight exceptional units, plus a new building containing six units. The two units are linked by arches with a spacious paved small square between. All is set in a large, fenced, private park with a large swimming pool, pergolas, car parking spaces etc. Each unit has additional space in the form of a garage - finished to the same standard as the apartments. These flats have been built and finished to the most exacting standards with only the best materials and products. Some units have a private outside space. The apartments can accommodate 2 or 4 persons and have a private outside terrace and all conveniences. All the apartments are a minimum of 40/45 m² and are composed of 1 double bedroom with king-size bed, living room with fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, a view of the pool or hills and private outdoor areas. In-room amenities include a hairdryer, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine and ironing set. The apartments also feature individually regulated heating.
There is an outdoor pool and a sunbathing terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Guests may also enjoy horse riding and biking.
